Along with the 10th Development Plan in our country, the issues of “meeting all drinking and potable water needs of settlements, preventing water loss and leakage, extending the use of healthy and environmentally friendly materials, improving the current water supply networks” and preventing water losses by investing on infrastructure have become of strategic importance for municipalities.
